I am looking for the expertise of an experienced Joomla developer who can assist in the construction and upkeep of the platform through which this information will be made available.
While I have approximately three weeks of experience with Joomla, I believe that it provides the necessary tools for this stage of the project. However, I am currently in the process of securing funding to support this endeavor, particularly to cover legal and equipment expenses.
I am seeking someone who is willing to contribute their skills with the understanding that payment will be arranged in the future. As we await the acquisition of funding, there will be a limit on compensation.
